Check out my latest recipe video (below) for Stuffed Chicken wrapped in Parma Ham. The great thing about this is (and I know I say it all the time) it’s really easy to make, AND, it’s a real show-stopper!

The Chicken is stuffed with Cream Cheese and Chives and Wrapped in Parma Ham, whilst having a drizzling of Olive Oil, Garlic and Oregano between the Chicken and Parma Ham.

Let us know what you think of the recipe and look out for my next video coming soon.

FitBrits.com has a fresh new look to compliment its wonderful visitors (that’s you by the way)! And we’ve FINALLY got a great search tool on the site to make it even easier to find great recipes to cook from scratch.

The site wouldn’t be what it is without the brilliant photography of Mr Ross Swift of Nottingham, you can see some of his great photos here

Check out our latest cook-a-long podcast here – Chicken wrapped in Parma Ham

I was cooking (and experimenting with) one of my favourite recipes today – Chicken wrapped in parma ham and decided to play around with the Parma Ham.

Before wrapping the Chicken, I lightly brushed the Parma Ham with Balsamic Vinegar, then wrapped it around the Chicken. And blimey, what a difference! It made the chicken more flavoursome and Parma Ham nice a crispy.

Go on, give it a try…

So I was on my bi-weekly trip to the supermarket and decided that I really wanted some steak.  However, I often struggle to cook it so it tastes REALLY good (in my opinion) – we’re talking restaurant standard here!

So anyway, I wondered the isles and ended up getting some parma ham (among other things).  One thing led to another and I ended up wrapping my steak with parma ham with crushed garlic, herbage and pepper between the steak and ham.  AND IT TASTED GREAT!

The ham keeps the steak nice and juicy and you can cram loads of flavour between the ham and steak.  It’s such an easy way to jazz up a piece of meat that I can’t believe I haven’t thought of this before!

And why stop with steak.  You could wrap chicken or absolutely anything up to give it that fine cuisine standard!
