Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Hear are a few tips to help Christmas dinner go as smoothly as possible:

  • Plan it down to a tee – Clarify what your serving time is and write down (in order of time): what time each thing has to go in the oven.
  • Delegate – If you can get ONE person in charge of each food on your Christmas dinner plate, it will be a doddle.  This also encourages each person to take pride in their role to make their ‘potatoes (or whatever)’ to be the best food on the plate.  This also means your only in charge of one thing.
  • Go Disposable (sorry Greenpeace) – Its only for a day though!  Use disposable foil roasting tins, these are a God-send and significantly cut down on the washing up (quid’s in from the pound shop!)
