Cooking Directions:
  1. Firstly, cook the ingredients of the fry up (apart from the egg) in the usual way, whether this be under the grill or fried in a pan.
  2. Once these ingredients are cooked, heat a frying pan over an even heat and evenly spread oil around the pan (use the same pan if you originally fried the ingredients).
  3. Spread the ingredients around the pan then drizzle the egg slowly around all the ingredients - you can even try to keep the yolks together.
  4. Using a basting brush, and by tilting the pan, make sure the egg white spreads all around.
  5. Leave to cook for a few minutes then place under the grill to cook the top of the egg as well.
  6. Providing the oil was evenly spread to start with, and if you have a good non-stick pan, the fry up should easily slide out with everything stuck in place!

Cooking Directions:
  1. Finely chop the Garlic and put into a mixing bowl, along with the Parsley and Worcester Sauce.
  2. Squeeze the Sausage Meat out of the Sausage cases into the mixing bowl (there is no dignified way of doing this)!
  3. Thoroughly mix everything together until all the ingredients are combined.
  4. Flour a work surface and for chunky Sausage Rolls, roll out the Puff Pastry to 1/2 cm thick (thinner for regular Sausage Rolls).
  5. Place the Sausage Meat on top of the Pastry (see video below) and wrap around the Pastry. Brush some of the broken Egg on the edge to help stick the Pastry together.
  6. You should now have a very long Sausage Roll!  You can either leave this as-is, or, cut out each Sausage Roll before cooking. We've cut-out before cooking so all the edges are nice and crispy.
  7. Place the Sausage rolls onto a greased baking tray and brush each one with the broken Egg.
  8. Now cook in the oven on 200c for 20 minutes, or, until golden.

  3. Thoroughly mix the contents together until you have a nice smooth cake mixture with no lumps.

  5. Place in the oven on 180c for 25 minutes, or, until the Cupcakes are golden and have risen, then place on a cooling rack.
  6. Meanwhile, mash up the Strawberries, then, remove (and save) the core of the cupcakes (see video below), an apple corer is perfect for this.
  7. Stuff each Cupcake with the Strawberries then replace the cores.
  8. Then Ice the Cupcakes and enjoy!
