Directions

This Chicken Wrapped in Parma Ham recipe is great, taking hardly any time to prepare, and it's a real crowd pleaser! Follow the directions below and it'll be cooked in 30 minutes.

  1. Finely chop the Chives and mix with the Cream Cheese, then set aside. Finely chop the Garlic and mix together with the Marjoram and Oil.
  2. Lay out three pieces of Parma Ham (per chicken breast to be wrapped) and brush with the Garlic/Marjoram & Oil mixture. Lay the Chicken on top and cut down into the Chicken, then stuff with the Cream Cheese & Chive mixture.
  3. Take the Parma Ham and make sure the stuffed Chicken Breast is wrapped tightly within it. Place in the oven on 180c for thirty minutes. Half way between, turn the chicken and sprinkle with Mozzarella.
  4. Ensure the Chicken is cooked through and serve with Salad.
