Green Smoothie Recipe with Kale
   Serves: 1 | Prep time: | Cooking time: 191 Calories & 7g fat per serving.
  • 250ml Coconut Water (chilled)
  • 15g Kale leaves
  • 90g Chopped frozen Pineapple
  • 50g Diced Mango
  • 1 tbsp chopped Almonds
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric

Directions

  1. Dice the Mango and place into a blender. Dice the frozen Pineapple and place into the blender as well.
  2. Wash the Kale and add to the blender along with 1/4 tsp of Turmeric.
  3. Finally, add the chopped Almonds and chilled Coconut Water and blend for approx 45 seconds, or until nice and smooth.
