  • Frozen Summer Fruits
  • Frozen Chopped Peaches
  • Chopped Pineapple
  • x1 Banana
  • Fresh Mint
  • Apple Juice

Directions

Get your 5-a-day in one hit with this really tasty Smoothie Recipe. Full of mint to make it extra refreshing, it's great if you've recently jumped on the health and fitness bandwagon!

  1. Using a smoothie maker or hand blender jug, pour in a handful of Summer Fruits, chopped Peaches and chopped Pineapple. I like it if the fruits are still a little bit frozen to make the Smoothie cool and thick.
  2. Peel the Banana and break into the jug along with a handful of roughly chopped Mint.
  3. Add about 1 cup of Apple Juice then blend the smoothie until smooth.
  4. If it's too thick, simply add more Apple Juice until you get a consistency you like.
