Green Smoothie Recipe
   Serves: 1 | Prep time: | Cooking time: 415 Calories & 16g fat per serving.
  • 160g Chopped Mango
  • 2 tbsp Almonds
  • 60g Kale
  • 250g Chopped Pineapple
  • 250ml Chilled Coconut Water
  • 4 Ice Cubes

Directions

If you’re looking to experiment with green smoothies, check out my easy green smoothie recipe which is full of tropical flavours like pineapple, mango, kale, coconut and more.

  1. Throw all of the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend for 1 minute, or until all the ingredients are nice and smooth.
  3. Add more coconut water or water from the tap to change the consistency.
  4. Serve immediately whilst it’s still cool and enjoy.
