Beef Burger Recipe
   Serves: 4 | Prep time: | Cooking time: 175 Calories & 8g fat per serving.
  • 500g Minced Beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tbsp Worcester Sauce
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder

Directions

Summer is here and if you want to impress on the BBQ then you must try my homemade beef burger recipe. They’re easy to prepare in advance of cooking.

  1. Peel the Onion and chop into chunks. Add to a food processor along with the peeled Garlic Cloves. Blitz until nice and fine.
  2. Add the Onion and Garlic to a large mixing bowl and add in the Minced Beef, Worcester Sauce, Chilli Powder, some Seasoning then break in the Egg.
  3. Thoroughly combine the ingredients together using your hands.
  4. Split the mixture into 4 and using a burger press lined with greaseproof or parchment paper, make up 4 burger patties.
  5. Leave the burgers to firm up in the fridge for a few hours then they’re ready to cook under the grill, in a pan or on the BBQ.
