Beef Stir Fry Recipe

  • 1 Red Chilli
  • 1 Celery Stick
  • Handful of Spinach
  • 150g Frying Beef Steak
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • Olive Oil (to fry)

Directions

If you’re looking for a quick meal, then you must try my Beef Stir Fry Recipe. It’s easy to prepare and you can cook it in a matter of minutes.

  1. Take the Chilli, slice the end off, slice lengthways then remove the seeds. Finely chop and set aside.
  2. Slice the Celery and set aside with the Chilli.
  3. Heat some Oil in a large pan or wok and fry the Beef until browned.
  4. Add the Celery and Chilli, Spinach, Soy Sauce and Tomato Puree. Stir and fry the ingredients for a few minutes.
  5. When the Beef is covered in the sticky sauce, remove from the heat and serve straight away whilst still hot.
