Directions

Everyone knows that you can't beat homemade Yorkshire Puddings (excuse the beating pun)! The great thing is that this recipe is really easy to make and a real crowd pleaser. A good Yorkshire Pudding Recipe is just a case of making a good batter mix and cooking it right, so follow the recipe directions below for the perfect Yorkshire Pudding.

Made in a cake tin...

  1. Put some Oil into tins and place in the oven on 220c.
  2. Thoroughly mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl (so there are no lumps).
  3. When the Oil is piping hot, pour the batter mixture into each tin (do not fill each tin more than 2/3 full).
  4. Place back in the oven and cook for about 20 minutes, or, until golden.

TIP! - This Yorkshire Pudding Recipe serves 12. Freeze any leftover ones, then when needed, reheat them in the oven for 5 minutes on a baking tray.
