Sweet Potato Fries Recipe

  • 2 Sweet Potatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • BBQ Seasoning

Directions

Learn how to make an alternative to regular fries with my Sweet Potato Fries Recipe. These are great if you're looking for a healthy recipe because you don't have to use much oil.

  1. Heat some Oil on a baking tray in the oven at 180c.
  2. Wash the Sweet Potatoes, chop the ends off then cut into wedges of equal size.
  3. Bring some water up to boiling point on the stove then simmer the Sweet Potato for 4 minutes.
  4. Drain the water from the Sweet Potato then lay on the baking tray once the Oil is hot. Sprinkle with BBQ Seasoning and Sesame seeds – stir until the Sweet Potatoes are evenly coated.
  5. Bake in the oven for 30-45 minutes, being sure to stir half way through cooking.
  6. When baked through and crisp, serve straight away and enjoy.
