Low FODMAP Salad Dressing
   Serves: 6 | Prep time: | Cooking time: 110 Calories & 9g fat per serving.
  • 2 Spring onions (green part only)
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 ½ tbsp Maple syrup
  • 100ml Balsamic vinegar
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • Handful Fresh basil

Directions

If you’re following a low FODMAP diet and you’re looking for meal ideas that are also vegetarian friendly, this salad dressing is great for jazzing up your salad at lunch time.

  1. Chop the green parts of the spring onion and add to a food processor.
  2. Add the basil and blitz briefly.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and blitz for another minute to mix everything together.
  4. Serve drizzled over salad leaves and enjoy.

TIP! This low FODMAP salad dressing should be enjoyed at no more than 2 tbsp per serving as part of a healthy low FODMAP diet.
