Balsamic Vinaigrette Recipe

  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Runny Honey
  • 100ml Balsamic Vinegar
  • Juice from ½ Lemon
  • Handful Fresh Basil

Directions

If you’re looking to jazz up salad or chicken then try my creamy balsamic vinaigrette recipe. It’s bursting with flavour with ingredients like honey and basil to name a few.

  1. Peel the Garlic Clove and add to a mini food processor, along with the Olive Oil, Dijon Mustard, Honey and Balsamic Vinegar.
  2. Cut the Lemon in half and squeeze the juice from half the Lemon into the food processor.
  3. Finally, wash the Basil and add to the food processor.
  4. Blitz over a high speed until all the ingredients are chopped up. When you’re happy with the consistency, enjoy straight away or leave in the fridge until ready to serve.
