Guacamole Recipe
   Serves: 500g | Prep time: | Cooking time: 40 Calories & 3g fat per serving.
  • x1 Avocado
  • Cherry Tomatoes (handful)
  • Small Onion (x1)
  • Lime (half)
  • Fresh Coriander (handful)
  • Chilli (half)
  • Seasoning (if needed)

Directions

This Guacamole Recipe is perfect if you're entertaining because it requires no cooking and makes the perfect dip. It only takes 10 minutes to prepare using a mini food processor.

  1. Cut the Avocado in half and remove the stone. Scoop out the contents and mash it in a mixing bowl until smooth. Then set aside.
  2. Put the rest of the ingredients (apart from the Lime) in a food processor and blitz until smooth.
  3. Mix the Avocado and blitzed ingredients together and squeeze in half the juice of the Lime.
  4. Once everything's thoroughly combined, give it a taste and add some seasoning if needed. Simple!
