Quick Food - Save Time when Cooking

Follow these simple rules to save time with quick food when cooking from scratch.

Meal Planning

Sounds a bit dull and over the top, however, planning a weeks worth of meals means you know exactly what to buy on the dreaded supermarket trip. Also, you don't end up dwindling down each isle and making regular trips for food at the corner shop.

Freeze, freeze, freeze!

If you've seen our Freezer Article already, you'll know that cooking from scratch usually means cooking in bulk. So, for quick food, use your freezer to store your leftovers. You'll end up with loads of dinners. Fancy having a menu of quick meals to choose from every night!

Reheat

When it comes to cooking your leftovers, just stick them in the microwave, or, better still, reheat them in the oven.
