How to make stir-fry sauce

Here’s how to make your very own stir-fry sauce for a chicken stir-fry. I don’t use measurements in my method, so use enough to suit your tastes.

  1. Place a wok over a high heat on the stove. Pour in some Oil and allow to heat up.
  2. Fry your meat until browned and cooked through.
  3. Pour in some of the juice from a tin of Pineapples, some Dark Soy Sauce, a teaspoon of Sugar and a tablespoon of Tomato Puree.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together, cooking for 5 minutes whilst checking for seasoning.
  5. Pour in some stir-fry vegetables and cook for a further few minutes, making sure the vegetables are covered in the sauce.
  6. Stir in some Noodles and chunks of Pineapple from the tin. Cook for a few more minutes then enjoy.
