  • Frozen Summer Fruits

Directions

It’s very popular at the moment, especially for breakfast - my overnight oats recipe is perfect for keeping you full in the morning. And it looks pretty cool when made in a jar!

  1. Mix the Porridge Oats and Milk together in a bowl (using 90g Milk per 40g of Oats).
  2. Take a jar and fill 1/3 fill with the Oat/Milk mixture.
  3. Pour the frozen Summer Fruits into the jar, filling it another 1/3 full.
  4. Pour the remaining Oat/Milk mixture on top of the Summer Fruits, leaving a little bit of space on the top.
  5. Place some chopped Pineapple on top to finish then place a lid on the jar.
  6. Leave in the fridge to chill overnight then it’s ready to enjoy for breakfast.

Don’t be afraid to experiment by trying different fruits and seeds in the recipe.
