  • Mayonnaise
  • Jalapenos
  • Red Salsa
  • Salad Leaves
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Roasted Chicken
  • Guacamole

Directions

If you're looking to mix up your pack-up then you must try my Mexican Wrap Recipe. This spicy style hand wrap is quick and easy to prepare and great to eat on the go.

  1. Take the Tortilla Wrap and spread the Mayonnaise in the middle of the wrap.
  2. Place on the Jalapenos, followed by a layer of the Red Salsa.
  3. Lay on the Salad Leaves, followed by the Cherry Tomatoes that have been halved.
  4. Take the Grilled Chicken and slice it thinly. Then lay on top of the Tomatoes.
  5. Spread the Guacamole on top of the Chicken then tightly wrap the Tortilla around the fillings.
  6. Wrap in aluminium foil and heat in the oven for 20 minutes when ready to eat.
