Chicken Nuggets Recipe

  • 400g Chicken Breasts
  • 50g Plain Flour
  • 50g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg

Directions

If you’re looking for a healthy alternative to McDonalds chicken nuggets then you must try my homemade chicken nuggets recipe. They’re easy to prepare without the hidden nasties!

  1. Break the Egg into a bowl and whisk with a folk.
  2. Pour the Breadcrumbs into a separate bowl and the Flour into another bowl.
  3. Chop the Chicken Breast into chunks then dip each chunk in the Flour, then Egg, then Breadcrumbs.
  4. When all the Chicken is coated, place onto an oven tray lined with greaseproof or parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the oven on 180c for 20 minutes. When nice and golden and cooked through, they’re ready to serve. Going great with chips and peas.

Tip! Add spices and seasoning to the breadcrumbs for extra flavour.
