Cucumber and Mint Water

Cucumber and Mint Water
   Serves: 4 | Prep time: | Cooking time: 1 Calories & 0.1g fat per serving.
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • Handful of Mint
  • Jug of Ice Cubes

Directions

If you're looking to drink more water as part of a detox, then you must try my Cucumber Water Recipe. It's great if you're looking for more hydration but you're bored of the taste of water.

  1. Begin by washing the Cucumber, cut the ends off then peel lengthways. You should be left with a pile of long, thinly sliced Cucumber.
  2. Place all the Cucumber into a large jug, along with the Mint Leaves, torn from their stork.
  3. Fill the jug ¾ full with Ice Cubes.
  4. Fill the jug with tap water then stir until the Cucumber and Mint is mixed in with the Ice Cubes.
  5. Leave to chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours in order for the flavours to infuse, then it’s ready to serve.
