Chicken & Prawn Curry Recipe
   Serves: 4 | Prep time: | Cooking time: 340 Calories & 6.8g fat per serving.
  • 500g Chicken Breasts
  • x1 Onion
  • Garlic (2 cloves)
  • Ground Coriander (2 tsp)
  • Turmeric (1 tsp)
  • Ground Ginger (1/2 tsp)
  • Chilli Powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Cumin (1/2 tsp)
  • Vinegar (2 tbsp)
  • 250g Pre-cooked King Prawns
  • Chicken Stock Cube (x1)
  • Creamed Coconut (100g)
  • Oil (to fry)
  • Rice (to serve)

Directions

*Remember to prepare your Rice whilst cooking to serve with this chicken curry recipe.

Chop the Onion and Garlic and fry for 5 minutes with a little oil. Then chop the Chicken and add to the pan - cooking until cooked through.

Add the Coriander, Turmeric, Ginger, Chilli Powder, Cumin, Vinegar, Stock Cube (crumbled) and Creamed Coconut (crumbled) to the pan. Add some boiling water so the ingredients are just covered and stir thoroughly until the ingredients are combined.

Bring to the boil and allow to simmer for 30 minutes (or until the sauce has thickened).

5 minutes before serving, add the prawns to the pan and stir.
